    Mojo read the prospectus and in particular the Minsheng loan detail. doubt over funding IMO what if the underwriter reneges ? sue them ? they are probably another $2 BVI registered company

    Buy 2 shares today for $3.50 - why would you worry about the rights - Or buy 1 share today for $1.75 and borrow $1.75 from the bank 5% interest for 2 years 17c so 2 shares cost you $3.67 not $5.
