I find it amazing that, yes, some may describe the current environment for smallcaps as "challenging"; however i could list 50 other smallcap stocks that have had no issue raising capital in the last 3-6 months - many of which have been done at a more than acceptable discount.
I don't know what the issue for CRJ is but it's sure dragged out longer than War & Peace!
