After reading the announcement, it appears to be a very good deal for ORD S/H based on the fact that:

(1) The deposits are high grade
(2) Half a million ounces are sitting at K2 & Tri
(3) Existing infrastructure
(4) Barricks processing plant is nearby (minimise OPEX)
(5) 75% interest in the project

Well done Frank, that's a pair of kings right there (Supple & Dome). Now we're looking for a straight in realising value from Laos.

I anticipate a capital raising of $2M for now.
