Ratification is interesting. It's a catch-22. Ratify and they will just continue diluting you. Dont ratify and they likely go broke. Cant really win.
You really need to ask yourself, what has changed since the last AGM? A full 12months and not one issue has been resolved other than the ORRI which we settled for the full amount.
Still no oil. Still no cash. Still legal concerns. What do they do all day?
