I agree - the class action is ridiculous talk - waste of breath. I think our best short term hope is a t/o - the question comes down to price. Let's say Mt Cattlin is worth $50M - James Bay $30M, Jiangsu $120M, SdV ??$300M. That's around $500M minus all debt - say $130M - net $370M. Of course there's no guarantee of achieving these prices if the assets were sold - and certainly not if we were forced to sell quickly, ie. administration. I think management are trying to stop the bleed by ramping up Jaingsu but it's taking longer than they thought. Interesting few months ahead.
