re:jones: singapore's by "evolving" I mean, getting the MP to actually think, grow up mentally and socially, have the confidence to what is humane rather than what is the easiest form of control, reflect upon their own ideas, discard old ideas which have no purpose at all and are thought of as a disgrace by the more progressive thinkers, allow the people to speak, to criticise the goven't, etc. In other words, always seek to help humanely rather than by using the armed forces (including, police, army, secret detectives, intelligence officers, and other bureaucrats) to violently enforce outdated and dic tatorial laws.

There are already quite reasonable laws and by-laws, in Oz to deal with someone shouting "fire" in a crowded place. Why do you use such misplaced hyperbole?

Your view of what might happen in such circumstance in the US is, to say the least, frightening.
