Please keep postings to the straight and narrow (within reason, of course)...
For example, re CSS. They got no reason to pump it as it says on the offer Application Form (which I got as I'm holding CSS):
Issue Price:
The price of shares issued under the Offer will be the lower of $0.032 per share OR a 20% discount to the 5 day volume weighted average price [etc.]
