What's with that letter with a form asking for nominees?

If I choose Comsec, will my shares be tradable under Comsec as usual? Currently my shares are held in Comsec Australia account.

BBY is too expensive as a broker for international trade.

I do have a Singapore broker account too, but the amount of documentation they need from me to transfer LNC to that account is too much it's stupid.
