re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder The Bo... I think (based on what Ive read in the AFR and from Navitas presentations) that we have passed the bottom of the cycle in student enrolments.

If that holds true, the industry tail-winds could allow some smaller players like RDH to go quite well for a few years.
Its a pitty that NVT hasnt been cheaper to pick up...

With such an attractive business model available within this industry its no wonder that some of these fund managers have found alternatives to the overpriced giant...
