Getting into Production:

LAcerta to finalise the 200t trial, to allow final adjustments to plant and process and final recovery amounts to be understood.

Finalise agreement with Lacerta so we can move into production.

Takes next to no time to setup the plant, LAcerta will transport it in and take minimal time to get going, no cost to CDB.

In Parrellel we have some work to finalise studies and approvals.

As far as buying the additonal 50% of Marianas for $2million, think the workding said this needs to be paid over a 7 month period, could possibly come out of production revenue.

To my knowledge we sell the ore at the gate for $55 or higher depending on current prices. Transport etc born by purchaser.
