Tell the Indonesians - our aid stops immediately, privatise our border control which will absolutely stop the boats - no witnesses…no problem…no more boats... Beef up our military posture in the north, buy a few B-52's and nuclear subs from the US - if the US want to enjoy the access and relationship they have with us…they will sell them….Otherwise they can f off….Shut down Garuda etc…landing rights here…This shallow game of Indonesia walking all over us while we throw money and resources to this ungrateful pseudo-enemy is ridiculous..….it is beyond disgusting….It is just plain grovelling for the entire world to see. We hold the power in this region…we have the resources…we have other opportunities…we have the human rights…..We make the rules…They gladly accept them - or they don't. And if they don't - and they get naughty - we need, and should exercise, our ability to protect our country and enforce our borders…and our trading links with other countries in the Asia/Pacific region. I could add we need our nuclear capability but I forgot the tin-hat tonight….never mind…..We do need our own nuclear capability and multi-delivery systems….and get it operational - before they do….
