How did the coffee and biscuits taste today for anyone who could find a couple of hours to attend the 11th annual meeting of RDR.
Shareholders must now feel comfortable that after three failed mine ventures (Sand Queen,Meeka & Mt Marion)things are looking up.
This is surely the case as the board now consists of David and Chris Reed and the lawyer Steven Cole.All the geological and technical expertise that was on board have woken up and resigned.
The other board member Luke Tonkin walked out after continually talking up Meeka and the cash ran out.
The chairman is now personally funding the company and if all doesn't go well with Reed he will have the security of the Barrambie tenements going back to him in case of default of the loan advanced to his namesake company.
Well done Vanessa Guthrie,Ian Junk,Peter Collins and Cobb Johnstone for tendering your resignations and removing your names from this companies board.
For current holders I would suggest that 2.5c is a very attractive figure.
