Thanks for your comments. I have since spent several hours checking out the prospects for BKP and talking to others more in the know about the O&G industry. The report card was not encouraging.

Apart from the way shareholder funds were loaned out to other parties resulting in a loss to BKP, the new CR also gives me concern. My guess is that it will be under-subscribed by 'retail' holders and the subsequent placement could cause a further drop in the share price. All this IMHO of course.

Anyway I have taken the loss and wish the best of luck to all holders.
