I'm a little concerned that they have opted to test only the 200mg dosage level given that it was 400mg that was responsible for 100% eradication of virus in previous trial.
I accept that capsules are more efficient from a pharmacokinetic POV but a few patients at the higher dose level would seem a prudent idea...
