Was there a question from the floor regarding the $22m remedy claimed from Santos, I consider that receipt of these funds is crucial to NXS immediate funding including Auriga. I further expect that if there was a question, response would be muted given confidentiality etc , if so what was the mood, feeling from DV, LDM regarding it.
As I have said before they should be given top marks for their Technical repositioning, particularly LT - their O&G really is shining through in the effort to understand that asset and I am sure they will get the best value operating it long term.
I had a laugh at page 5 of LDMs notes GSA "condensed production profile", a subtle admission?that the previous accelerated production statement may have been a touch off base?
I took some comfort from page 17 on asset mix / divestment - best outcome for shareholders balancing value, strategic fit and financial standing - at least they stated that but hey they are only words!!!and commercially IMO they have not delivered by running available cash down to $4m (reducing their flexibility), not taking an axe to an over admin'd entity of $3m qtr.
