Sold all my non-super holdings today, will get about $9000 back and have realised a $50,000 loss. Have hung on and hung on like JENX since 2007 and bought into all the promises...more fool me.
Based on today's share price my super has another unrealised loss of about $110,000. I'll hold off on realising that loss for a little longer while I gather my thoughts and look for some positives......got be one in there somewhere...I just can't see it yet!
I'm not looking for sympathy in posting this.
In fact am starting to think about the Life of Brian motto...."always look on the bright side of life" and how me and some of the rest of us on this thread might draw some inspiration. :)
...and if GBG was EVER going to be The Messiah....well...it's not...it has just been a VERY naught boy!
