where is the funding coming from, surely they don't think existing shareholders will open there purse for this, need some incentive, what's the average holders losses 60% plus.

How does the whole "block" fit in, voting power to line there own pockets, interest free loans, what is the risk to them when it goes pear shaped, not getting a warm feeling at all.

Disagree? What I am missing, tell me we are wrong and explain how this is good for shareholders.
