It is Colonial First State funds managers. They bought on behalf of the mums n dads who have their super with Colonial First State (part of CBA). They were probably the ones who drove the price up in the first place.
If you read the covering letter, It appears that they have lodged earlier, incorrect, documents. It probably went to and fro for a few weeks before they got it right. That they lodged the wrong documentation is concerning, however. You would have thought these "pros" would get stuff like that right.
