bone 16.8
muscle 45.1
cal 3213
fat 12.5
hydration 60.1
71.4 kg weight
but remain unconvinced about the accuracy of the cal per day and fat percent.
the calorie intake is about 1000 off.
and when i change activity my fat percent goes up. I think they just stuffed up the calculations?
the weight is correct. i tested it with a 10K weight. carried it on scale. took difference.
for me to get to under 10% i ll need to change my diet.
this gives me a healthier starting point.
