Quick question on the mechanics of the RI:
How can it possibly be taken up full?
It's one share for each two held by existing shareholders. Surely about 10-30% of shareholders either forget to subscribe, can't/don't want to commit more funds, are overseas investors not able to participate.
How are those "missing" shares possibly taken up?
