Heya All,
Have been well distracted with real life the last few months and not following...but now hearing a new CR???
Excuse me Colin...
But how can you possibly ask the market for more money when almost 50% of the last raising was put out on loan. Unsecured mainly, and the secured ones defaulting...tough luck to investors hunh?
This is beyond a joke now.... there's more than $2M loaned out..... seemingly much of it to your own company Cervantes...so they say...though proof seemes thin, so I am only restating what others are saying...Cervantes now owns more than 20M shares and a Top 20 Shareholder
How on earth can you be justified in raising capital from the market when
1. You loaned half of it to....well you wont tell us but we all have a fair idea
2. You won't tell us when or if it will be repaid, just that you claim terms are at better than standard short term deposit rates...claiming that such loans are benefiting shareholders.... and now you want more money from us, you want to dillute our holdings...for what ?
3. You claim the loaned funds are "a minor item of no concern " , yet due to having loaned out funds, you now say your short on money and expect us all to bear further dilution , meanwhile parties who have received funds are benefiting by being able to buy BKP shares cheap...or whatever other benefit they may receive...and most of the monies are unsecured
4. On the last capital raising at 1.7c you gave your solemn promise there would not be another
how can you be crying poor when at the same time you claim to have so many excess funds that you can loan half the last captial raiser to unknown parties with unknown terms
Surely any half way sane person would go...well, if we're short on cash, we should call in the loans
Oh...that's right, of course...thsoe laons are no doubt under contracted terms, of which we may not know the details
Really, this is absurd
yes I know you know who I am and will immediately be trying to think of what you can claim I'm doing to break the law by stating the facts...but seriously...what thaaa ????
I'm obviously in the same boat as Phil. If it weren't for Statoil I'd have dumped the Vost family a long time ago.
I haven't yet looked up all the details...but....
I can only hope it's merely for a few hundred k this time...and as you are crying poor, we must assume there will be NO MORE LOANS...EVER !!! What the hell ?
