Interfc, whether Sasa said it or not, you don't really believe this would all go away if the share price went up? Surely the shareholders are not that naive. If there is a possibility the directors are not acting in the best interests of the company when the share price is 3 cents, it's definitely possible when the company is trading at 30 cents. In fact there's more capacity for it when the company is making a profit.

If there has been some sort of breach of duty with these pp shares, then there is no way the directors can fix this without full disclosure. Other shareholders can stick their heads in the sand and argue that we shouldn't rock the boat but I want this resolved whatever the share price is.

Which would you prefer...getting a good return with a dodgy management or getting a brilliant return with a good management acting with integrity? Again, I'm not saying there has been something dodgy happening but with this lack of info and the directors being evasive, something doesn't seem right to me.
