This might sound a bit ungracious of me - but I for one will not be thanking the board for their actions.

The private hell inflicted on many shareholders kind of overshadows any good that may have been done. The continual poor share price performance, vindictive and spiteful use of the legal system (supported by company funds) to intimidate, quell dissent, ruin financially and .... other well known factors which I'm still not comfortable airing .... all contribute to my lack of gratitude.

Whatever ill has now befallen them is entirely of their own making and I hope justice is served in full - with interest. They have not "allowed" the company to move forward at this time. It was forced.

Please do not attempt to paint this as something it is not. This is not a magnanimous gesture of goodwill to all shareholders and ERM by the outgoing board stepping graciously aside. It is the forced end of a dark chapter in EGOs history and hopefully something that will be overshadowed by good things to come.
