I advised you to keep your ear to the ground about an AGM in Perth, “another junior although in the Oil and Gas field is having a AGM on the 26th over in Perth a few hours later it will be having a EGM because of upset shareholders, so I would advise you to keep your ear to the ground and see what happens to a Board who under perform and over reach with their hands into shareholders pockets.” Well the end result was that we didn’t make it to the 26th as the Board could see the rising tide of discontent and the vote count and rather than face the meetings the Board of Empire Oil and Gas capitulated and resigned on mass, I just hope that this Board takes notice that there is discontent out there and that the same fate may happen to them if they don’t start to deliver what they keep promising.
