I don't mind the idea of parks ownership and management at all.
I know APZ have Karatha but FLK have similar stuff in Karatha. FLK have a strategy and selling the units and retaining management. They have some headwinds getting the next stage pre sold enough to start work. Interestingly in their latest presentation they used the word "exposure" in relation to their park in Karatha. FLK are operating their park as short term accomodation with a reasonable occupancy rate.
I don't know the relative locations as which park is better located.
What I am trying to glean is does anyone know how Aspen Parks is operating? I understand that post metals boom their unit price and distributions are down this year.
About mid year APZ put out an upbeat announcement about parks including quite good investment inflow.
Anyone know how parks investment inflow is going this year?
Or have any thoughts on the Parks Business?
