Everything I say about this company is tongue in cheek but I have been a holder for some time and I can't recall a share consolidation.

There are over 800million shares and options on issue for IMI. Are you suggesting they had several billion shares on issue at some stage. That's something I cant imagine to be true but....

Taking a look a the credentials of the three Board members and one wonders how IMI isn't the most cashed up stable and go forward stock on the market. Three accountants for %**%#@ sake. Maybe that's where the answer lays.

Anyway, I think they are on a good thing thinking technology rather than resources. Resources is a dead market and funds to get into it are dry.

The Board has until March next year before they run out of funds but probably sooner if they are doing due dil. on this tech. opportunity.

Whatever they are doing they need to get on with it and be more transparent with shareholders. This week is the first time we have heard about technology and we know nothing about what they have spent our money on over the last two year. I think the Board should acquire some shares in their company (none appear to hold any) and that may provide them with an incentive to do something. Greed in addition to Director's fees is a good thing sometimes.
