Mistyrains, in spite of your glowing tribute to various Labor Govt's economic expertise, let me tell you even I could keep a country afloat by borrowing $370Billion and handing it out to all and sundry. The only reason ,in fact, that they could even do that is because Mr Howard handed over a SURPLUS and NO DEBT.
