Had to re-read. So the prelim results are enough to sit down with Randgold and say "Here is what we have found so far"... It is going to cost us ~$X/t to get to the mill with Randgold saying "Well here is the tariff we propose on those results at a fixed/variable market rate depending on grade/volume"..
For the skeptics I don't think commercial terms will be discussed without a resource.

I think resource does matter as the more we have the better the sweeter the deal... supply/demand which may be another reason KJ is so keen to have multiple drill sites moving up the exploration pyramid.
