Freehold, the reason our SP is depressed is because AVB holders seem to be an emotional bunch.
We will get back to where we are supposed to be eventually, but shareholders still haven't gotten over the CR and are still having their tantrum.
You can tell this is happening when someone posts, "AVB is dog stock of the year" and it gets 82+ thumbs up. What a joke

So easy to pick up cheap shares when people feel like that.
