I have sent an email to the company asking what the current position with the Hyundai deal is. Is it valid, has it been delayed!!! Is there a deal at all?

Page 18 of the October presentation reports it is still on.

"172,000 Tonnes, no prepayment. Delivery August 14."


I have also asked about the production side. When are the shipments starting. How is the sea-wall coming along.

5 Shipments this quarter.

Seawall due for completion Jan 14.

9 shipments a quarter after that.

I have also touched on Irvine Island....How is the EPA going?

Epa approval stuff due 2015, from memory.
