For what its worth heres my opinion based upon my contact with the company, company comments reported back here and company comments from others.

While no one in the company has expressly said so, the inferences from various comments suggest to me zones 1-3 at 105 are commercial(one or more zones) and probably exceed pre drill estimates.

This presents the jv with a dilemma. Do you proceed into the high pressure zones of 4-5 where failure may wreck the well integrity in zones 1-3 and therefore stop production testing or do you go conservative and test 1-3 and come back to 4-5 at a later time? If we are indeed sitting on a commercial discovery it would be very easy to take a conservative stance unless we were confident BOP and pressure issues are covered by current equipment and engineering design.

WC, the pressure issues have been covered by Timber. Perhaps go back over his posts. HP can be a positive or a negative, it depends on supporting data. More often than not it is good though more challenging from an engineering point of view. In our particular case it is good given supporting data.

On 120, its as Filbert has already reported. The drilling issues under sea current have been over come by using heavier drill pipe.

As for timing if 105 drills to TD I would think tested results for 105 and untested results for 120 could be very close to one another.
