It's the life cycle of UXC- it doesn't necessarily go up on good news, from what I have seen, so no point buying in to good news- like the recent $20m contract win, for example. It gets pushed down, and then big buyers buy up, and then the foot gets taken off the brake. With a PE/r of 11.26 @ 92.5, one couldn't consider it "expensive", but maybe the powers that be want it @ a PE/r of 10 and a share price of 80c. Very hard to know, but this is not a bad company.
