The only news I want is, "Sale has been completed subject to shareholders approval" .

I think that AZZ has a history of not issuing unnecessary announcements ,which is a good thing .
One thing is for sure the share price will again miss the $1 mark by Xmas, this has been the 3rd year in a row ...
lets see how they reward themselves this time , last year when they missed out on bonus's they gave themselves a pay increase to cover ... ( that is how it appeared )
I think that I will give this stk till the end of Feb 2014.
