He is just trying to be upbeat in his newsletter...
You may be right, but when I think of the hundreds of different ways he might have expressed upbeat sentiments with clarity and precision, I find that the actual words he used are notably odd. So odd in fact, that I am left wondering whether there is more going on... and I'm not normally this paranoid.
