Hi Freehold.
These are all great and very valid points which you have made regarding the companies achievements. That is why I bought & continue to painfully hold. However, I beg to differ on the opinion that this is not a DOG stock. Dog stock status has been a result of 3 key factors.
1. Share Dilution , Thank you Management!
2. Share Price performance due to Share Dilution, Thank you again, Management!
3. Management's BS telling us Shareholders about minimizing dilution & then flooding the market with shares & proposed Oppies, making AVB even heavier.

That is my definition of a DOG STOCK.
