So the AGM is tomorrow. Will this bring a second strike? I don't know but I am eager to see the results.
MY question though is if a second strike occurs and a 'spill meeting' goes ahead, just who the hell nominates the new potential directors etc? I mean obviously as we're a pool of retail holders, apart from institutional investors putting forth a nomination, what would the process be for the retail holders and nominating someone?
Never heard of this sort of situation happening and how we would even choose someone, if required?
Guess we'll see what goes down tomorrow....
