So 50% valued at $53 Mill. We get the cash plus out existing cash reserves plus a favourable exchange rate for out international holdings plus the remaining 50% interest? Other than the stock being illiquid, surely it deserves to be double its valuation. Read up on its history and the billionaires it attracted.
