Basically recapitalization talks have failed and ANZ has had to bail the company out with a debt package. KordaMentha also has been bought in.

"Sources said the company was not likely to resume trading in the near future and could drop 90% or more should it come back to the ASX".

How does this happen with Continuous Disclosure requirements?
