Without doubt this is a critical part to Elder's evolution/reinvention. New blood to continue and reinforce the process of change. This will also cement in the loyalty of current and new customers that could otherwise be achieved with the old management structure. Many other company's have done the same and gone onto great things. A bold move that will hopefully result in a change to Elder's fortunes.
