desparate attempt at nhc shareholders' expens, page-37

There has been a fair bit of wailing etc over yesterdays events however we've not read anything on these threads about the role of Shaun Scott, former CEO of Arrow we recall, who remains a Director (unless of course he chooses to resign) and if he remains will obviously be a key person in the future direction, having O&G Industry experience. What singled him out (from NHC's perspective) as being worthy of retaining as NHC said "they had lost confidence in Dart'sboard", which of course Scott was a member of? Comments anyone?

Disclosure. We voted to retain the original board and are seriously underwater on this investment so are hoping something positive comes out of this. We hope John McGoldrick is still onside as his continuing presence will be key to how this plays out.
