Announcement only came out this morning. Take a while for the news to get around. While it's not earth shattering, it is news that should negate the pessimism due to no news.

Some have doubted if we were ever going to mine. The fact is that as each box gets ticked and there are less remaining boxes to be ticked, the possibility of a mine becomes more and more likely and the momentum swings towards AVB being a winner.
