    Thanks plat8, missed your earlier post. Still doesn't give us much of insight. Davies & Scott joined the Board of another company for a short time a while ago (can't remember which one) so their business relationship must have been workable at that time. So what's behind Scott being retained at DTE when Davies is removed?
