A great deal of speculative stocks have overpaid executive on board and always under deliver, it's a recurring nightmare! Pity fas falls into that category as well. Regulations for such careless expenditure should be invoked by government if for no other reason then to protect investors! In the long run circumspect expenditure would benefit all stakeholders!
