Thanks for you good luck casperwjt - a bit of luck never goes astray in the market but it’s not something to rely on!
One thing I would like to see is that the price action begins to tell me to stay with this trade and eventually I decide it looks worth changing it to a long term hold and adding to it. I would love to ride this stock all the way back up. I made a lot of money on it in 2012 trading between $2.20 and $4 and it might be close to time to be able to make much better profits from around current levels. If that luck comes through, maybe I have got in at the right time. That 80c capital raising helped strengthen the balance sheet and with the “all in sustaining cash cost” for Mt Monger now brought down to A$1050/oz (spot still at A$1360) and capex at Murchison now behind the company (can always go on care and maintenance for the short term if need be), SLR should be one of the survivors to come through this and prosper when the POG does recover. Gold might go lower but we could just as easily form its base around here and see it rise and see the AUD fall at the same time. It won’t take much to see this well north of $1 or even $2 if POG recovers to $1500 and AUD falls to 80c.
