I wouldn't be banking on ever seeing the $80 Million.
In my opinion CFE will likely settle for a number in the $50 to $60 million mark. Then you take into account what the lawyers have been paid, which would run into the millions, and then you deduct what the ATO will be chasing and the number will be far less.
However, positive result with MCC & ATO should see you regain half of what you are down. The rest hinges on Africa.
