As you are in situ do you think that it is at all possible to try and speak to the recently departed director? If there is no non-disclosure in place do you think it would be possible to find out what is really happening at TEG ATM? I am sure he will pop up shortly at another company.

To others on Monday there was no leaked news causing the increase in stock prices. I had a friend purchase a large block ~5,000,000 then the fireworks started. He is now # 15 or 16 on the top 20 shareholders list. (We will see what the retired director does with his stock) False alarm, it was all artificial. One thing for all to realize as it has happened before and everybody assumes that it is manipulation. It is not, but I enjoy all the comments when a friend buys a large block about the "conspiracy" that is TEG from people on HC. None of us overseas can participate in pre-market trading or slotting as it is called. We have to wait until normal market trading. So when you see large orders placed between 10 and 12 am it is usually an overseas buyer and due to our high fees it is usually a significant purchase. We have to place orders and wait to see if there are takers and then pull the orders and post higher to ensure that we get what we want. This would explain you guys indicating that there are phantom orders being placed and then would disappear simultaneously while another is placed.

Who knows what happened to Nancy. Here in Canada I can confirm that the ownership of TEG is now around 97 Million shares mostly by Nancy's group and my acquaintances. None of my acquaintances share my views on management and none would associate with the "amateur" that Nancy has shown to be. So as I said before I was not surprised that the AGM votes were as they were.

Management has a new dynamic and the proposed approvals are really enticing. I might overlook JT and snap up some cheap shares. Get ready for some more large block overseas trading. Remember it is not manipulation just us here in Canada buying in. But all of your comments when it happens are amusing especially over a few beers on Friday nights. I think the best one is when someone started charting the trades and posting the buys and sells on HC. They were convinced that it was manipulation. No it was just us oversear's trying to buy stock.
