I could be wrong but I think that they are deliberately holding back testing of Se251 until the kimbo license has been renewed. I don't know about you guys and gals but it makes a lot of sense to me. From yesterday's report:
"Lucapa has also been excavating samples of the coarse kimberlite breccias from Se251 for processing through the new DMS diamond plant. It is expected this kimberlite material will be processed through the DMS diamond plant after BLK_18 alluvial gravels."
