As previously stated (before the sp dropped from 11 c to 8c) I will wait for the rig to be booked before jumping on for SC55 drilling.
Usual lead time from booking the rig to drilling an offshore well is 6 to 18 months.
Going by the sp, the market realises this.
If OEL sole risk it, I doubt there'll be much of a pre spud run in the sp, given the destruction to OEL's balance sheet if its a duster, and what the lack of the farminee implies wrt SC55's prospectivity.
No hurry to get on imo.
