Hey all, I'm looking to get a handle on why company CEOs get paid so much.
Now it may sound like a dumb question, but I really want to know what they are paid for.
Companies have Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Product Dev, R&D heads and the list goes on.
Take Gail Kelly from Westpac for example. What does she do to earn $15 mill a year? Does she come up with the products? Doubt it. Work out the cash flows? Don't think so. So what does she do that's worth that much remuneration?
