spiros97: I do expect the actual drilling (due to the normal delays that always seem to be happening) to "only" take place during March 2014.
Persons wanting to get into the stock ahead of that might easily wait until early 2014 (January or even February). IF you refer to January 2014 as being "soon" to expect some upwards price movement, I do totally agree.
Of course, I could be wrong (in fact I hope I am) and PCL's sp will move upwards earlier, i.e. during December.
Regardless, PCL shareprice is so very depressed at present (IMHO) that any price-movement upwards is anyhow to be expected sooner or later - hopefully sooner.
